Jay S Albanese

Jay S. Albanese is a criminologist and professor in the Wilder School of Government & Public Affairs at Virginia Commonwealth University. He has also served as Chief of the International Center at the U.S. National Institute of Justice and has authored and edited numerous books and scholarly works on crime, criminal justice, and organized crime.
