Jay Lake

Jay Lake was an acclaimed American science fiction and fantasy writer, born in Taiwan and raised in various countries as the son of a diplomat. He won the 2004 John W. Campbell Award for Best New Writer and was a multiple nominee for the Hugo, Nebula, and World Fantasy Awards before passing away from colon cancer in 2014.
