Jay Asher

Jay Asher is an American young adult author best known for his debut novel Thirteen Reasons Why, a 2007 New York Times bestseller adapted into a Netflix series. Born in Arcadia, California, he attended Cuesta College and dropped out of Cal Poly in his senior year to pursue writing full-time. His other works include The Future of Us, What Light, and the graphic novel Piper.[1][2][3]
