Javier S Guerrero
Javier Guerrero is an associate professor of Latin American Studies at Princeton University, specializing in the intersection of visual culture, sexuality, and the body in twentieth- and twenty-first-century Latin America.[2][4][6] He holds a Ph.D. in Latin American Studies from New York University, an M.A. in Latin American Literature from Universidad Simón Bolívar, and a Licenciatura in Film Studies from Universidad Central de Venezuela.[2][4] Guerrero is the author of books such as *Escribir después de morir. El archivo y el más allá* (2022), *Tecnologías del cuerpo* (2014), and the novel *Balnearios de Etiopia* (2010), and previously served as President of the Venezuelan Cinemateca Nacional.[2]
