Jasper Hopkins
Jasper Stephen Hopkins, Jr. (1936–2023) was an American philosopher specializing in medieval and Renaissance philosophy, philosophy of religion, Existentialism, and medical ethics. Born in Atlanta, Georgia, he earned degrees from Wheaton College, Harvard University (M.A. 1959, Ph.D. 1963), and later an RN degree; he taught at institutions including Case Western Reserve University and spent most of his career as a professor at the University of Minnesota until retiring in 2013.[1][2][3]
