Jason Ruiz

Jason Ruiz is a professor of American Studies and the director of the Institute for Latino Studies at the University of Notre Dame, where he is also affiliated with Gender Studies and Film, Television, and Theatre. He is the author of *Americans in the Treasure House* (2014) and *Narcomedia* (2023), and his work focuses on Latino studies, race and representation, border studies, popular culture, and the cultural politics of the War on Drugs.
