Janneke Gerards

Janneke Gerards (born 1976) is a Dutch legal scholar specializing in European and national fundamental rights, equal treatment law, judicial review, and constitutional law. She serves as State Councillor at the Advisory Division of the Council of State of the Netherlands and is a professor of European Fundamental Rights Law at Utrecht University, where she has held faculty positions since 2016.
