Janet R. Walker

Janet R. Walker was a Visiting Assistant Professor at the University of California, Santa Barbara, specializing in film studies and affiliated with the Women's Studies Program. She authored works such as *Trauma Cinema: Documenting Incest and the Holocaust* (Routledge, 2001) and contributed to film scholarship. She passed away on December 9, 2002, at age 51 after battling cancer.
