Jane K Cleland

Jane K. Cleland is an American author of mystery fiction, best known for her Josie Prescott Antiques Mysteries series set in New Hampshire, featuring antiques appraiser Josie Prescott solving crimes. She has also written acclaimed non-fiction books on writing craft, including Agatha Award winners Mastering Suspense, Structure & Plot and Mastering Plot Twists, and previously worked as a curriculum developer and corporate trainer. Cleland teaches at Lehman College, serves as a contributing editor for Writer’s Digest, and chairs the Wolfe Pack’s Black Orchid Novella Award.
