Jane Cowen-Fletcher

Jane Cowen-Fletcher is a children's picture book author and illustrator who studied graphic design and illustration at Colorado State University, receiving a BFA in 1981 with the intention of illustrating picture books.[5] She is known for creating numerous children's books including the best-selling Baby Angels series and It Takes a Village, a story based on the West African proverb, and she conducts school visits.[1][2]
