Jane B. Reece

Jane B. Reece, born April 15, 1944, is an American biologist and science textbook author best known for co-authoring the influential Campbell Biology series with Neil Campbell.[1][2] She earned a B.A. in biology from Harvard University, an M.S. in microbiology from Rutgers University, and a Ph.D. in bacteriology from the University of California, Berkeley, with research on bacterial recombination.[1] Since 1978, she has worked as an editor and author at Benjamin Cummings, contributing to textbooks like The World of the Cell.[1][2]
