Jan Wiese
Jan Wiese (4 March 1928 – 5 July 2014) was a Norwegian publisher and novelist who served as managing director of J.W. Cappelens Forlag from 1973 to 1988 and chaired the Norwegian Publishers' Association from 1975 to 1978[1][2]. He debuted in 1979 with a collection of stories and became best known for his 1990 novel Kvinnen som kledde seg naken for sin elskede, which won widespread acclaim and a large readership[1][2].
