Jan Pierce (Editor)

Jan Pierce is a freelance writer, happily retired schoolteacher with a Master's degree in Education, and author of self-published books including Homegrown Readers and Homegrown Family Fun. She has published The Exploits of Edna & Gertie series through Elk Lake Publishing and is working on a fourth adventure for the characters, along with a memoir titled 4624 Montana Avenue and an unpublished novel Prema’s Journey set in 1800s India. She continues to write articles for Askgranny.com and regional parenting magazines on education, parenting, and family life.
