Jan Gorodkin

Jan Gorodkin is a professor of bioinformatics at the University of Copenhagen and head of ELIXIR Denmark. His work focuses on computational and deep learning-based methods for omics data, with interests in computational RNA biology, RNA structure and interactions, CRISPR, and non-coding RNA.[1]
