Jan A. Aertsen
Jan A. Aertsen was a Dutch philosopher and theologian born in Amsterdam in 1938. He earned his PhD at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, taught there from 1984 until his death, and later served as a professor at the University of Cologne while also founding the Thomas Instituut te Utrecht.[1][3]
