James Wilson
James Wilson is a British novelist, playwright, and author of narrative non-fiction, best known for his four novels published by Faber, including *The Bastard Boy* and *The Woman in the Picture*, which explore themes of Englishness, the uncanny, and the gothic, spanning from the late 18th to mid-20th centuries. His critically acclaimed book *The Earth Shall Weep: A History of Native America* won a Myers Outstanding Book Award. Born near Cambridge, England, he studied History at Oxford and maintains a lifelong commitment to indigenous peoples' rights.[1][2][4][6]
