James Wheaton

James Wheaton is an American First Amendment lawyer, educator, and public-interest advocate. He is the founder and senior counsel of the First Amendment Project and has also served in leadership roles at the Environmental Law Foundation and as a senior lecturer in journalism law at Stanford and UC Berkeley.[3][4][6]
