James Shearer

James Shearer (1881–1962) was a Scottish architect based in Dunfermline who worked on projects across much of Scotland in the early and mid-20th century. He is especially noted for his work with the Scottish Youth Hostel Association, the Carnegie United Kingdom Trust, and the North of Scotland Hydro-Electric Board.
