James R. Lucas

James R. Lucas is a prolific author of over 25 books on leadership, organizational culture, ethics, and other topics including theology and science fiction, with top sellers like *Fatal Illusions*, *High-Performance Ethics*, and *The Passionate Organization*. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Management from UMR (1972) and founded Luman Consultants International in 1983, where he serves as President and CEO, alongside leading Epic Medical Concepts & Innovations since 2009. A graduate of St. Louis University High School class of 1968, he is recognized for his work in leadership development through Luman International.
