James McNair

James McNair was an American cookbook author known for writing more than 40 cookbooks and for his expertise in culinary writing. He also served as honorary chairman and head judge of Sutter Home Winery’s Build a Better Burger Recipe Contest and received the International Association of Culinary Professionals Award of Excellence.
