James M Kouzes

James M. Kouzes is a bestselling author and leadership scholar best known for co-authoring 'The Leadership Challenge' with Barry Posner, a seminal work on leadership that has sold over 3 million copies worldwide. He is the Dean's Executive Fellow of Leadership at Santa Clara University's Leavey School of Business and has been recognized by The Wall Street Journal as one of the best executive educators in the United States.
