James F. Engel

James F. Engel was a marketing professor and author who developed the Engel Scale, a model representing the journey from no knowledge of God to spiritual maturity as a Christian believer. He served as Chair of the Communications Department at Wheaton College for 18 years and wrote extensively on missions and the psychology of spiritual conversion.
