James E. McClellan

James E. McClellan (1926–2016) was an American veterinarian and Democratic politician from Maryland. Born in Frederick, Maryland, he served in the U.S. Army during World War II, earned a veterinary degree from the University of Georgia, practiced in Frederick, and represented District 3B in the Maryland House of Delegates from 1978 to 1994.
