James E Kloetzel
James E. Kloetzel is a prominent philatelist who began his career in 1974 with Richard Wolffers Philatelic Auctions in San Francisco and later served as a research volunteer at the National Postal Museum.[1] He has contributed significantly to stamp collecting literature, including authoring articles on the history of stamp collecting in America and editing the Scott Standard Postage Stamp Catalogue.[3][7]
