James C Van Horne

James C. Van Horne was an American economist and finance scholar who served as the A.P. Giannini Professor of Banking and Finance at Stanford Graduate School of Business. He taught and researched corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, money and capital markets, and fixed-income securities, and authored several influential finance texts.[2][4]
