Jacqueline Stedall

Jacqueline Anne 'Jackie' Stedall (1950–2014) was a British historian of mathematics who authored nine books, including The History of Mathematics: A Very Short Introduction (2012), and appeared on BBC Radio 4's In Our Time. She held degrees in mathematics from Cambridge, statistics from the University of Kent, and pursued a PhD in the history of science at Oxford, where she developed a course on the history of mathematics.[1][2][3]
