Jack Stack

Jack Stack is an American business executive and author best known as the president and CEO of SRC Holdings Corporation and as a pioneer of open-book management. He co-led the purchase of a failing International Harvester plant in 1983 and helped build SRC into a major employee-owned company, while also writing books such as *The Great Game of Business* and *A Stake in the Outcome*.[1][4][10]
