J. Namdev Hardisty

J. Namdev Hardisty, also known as Joshua Namdev Hardisty, is a designer, author, educator, and occasional artist who runs The MVA Studio with co-founder Kimberlee Whaley, designing books, tee-shirts, and posters for clients in arts, publishing, and non-profit sectors.[1] Since 2008, he has taught in the design programs at Minneapolis College of Art & Design and co-hosts the Through Process podcast on design practice and education.[1] He authored books on design and visual culture, including New Skateboard Graphics (2009) and Function, Restraint & Subversion in Typography (2011).[1]
