Ivy Odom is a Senior Lifestyle Editor at Southern Living magazine, known for her social media videos on recipes, etiquette, home decor, style, and gardening tips under the 'Hey Y'all' series, and for appearances on shows like The Today Show, The Kelly Clarkson Show, and Good Morning America.[1][3] A University of Georgia graduate with degrees in Consumer Journalism and Spanish (BSFCS ’15, AB’15), she was born and raised in Moultrie, Georgia, where she developed a passion for cooking with her family.[2][3] She lives in Homewood, Alabama with her husband Luis and dog Basil, and has received awards including 40 Under 40 from the University of Georgia in 2023 and FOLIO Top Women in Media Up and Comer in 2020.[3]
