Ivar Lo-Johansson
Ivar Lo-Johansson (1901–1990) was a Swedish writer and social critic associated with the proletarian literary movement. He became known for vivid portrayals of working-class people and landless Swedish peasants, and his work helped spur land reforms in Sweden. His memoir Pubertet won the Nordic Council Literature Prize in 1979.
