Ismail Dalla appears to be an emerging markets consultant with experience across Asian markets, including work on Korean bond markets and asset-backed securities in East Asia. A Georgetown University economics and finance-related profile notes that he published a Korea Stock Exchange study in June 2003 and completed a study on the Korean bond market in June 2002.[1]
