Isabel Thomas
Isabel Thomas is a British award-winning science writer and children's author who has written more than 280 science and nature books for young audiences, translated into over 25 languages.[1][2][4] After studying Human Sciences at the University of Oxford and training as a journalist, she contributes to children's science magazines like Whizz Pop Bang and The Week Junior Science + Nature, and has received accolades including the 2020 AAAS Subaru Prize.[3][7] As of 2024, she lives near Cambridge with her husband and three children.[2]
