Ira Wallace is an American gardener, teacher, and author known for her work in organic gardening, seed saving, and sustainable agriculture. She is a co-owner of Southern Exposure Seed Exchange and has written on vegetable gardening, especially for southeastern U.S. growing conditions.[1][3][7]
