Ian Dunlop

Ian Dunlop is a Scottish writer, former art critic for the Evening Standard, and author best known for *The Shock of the New* (1972), a study of seven historic exhibitions of modern art. He later wrote on Van Gogh, Edgar Degas, and contemporary American and British art, and in 2016 published his first poetry collection, *The Urban Fox*.[1][2]
