I. M. D. Little

I. M. D. Little was the pen name of Ian Malcolm David Little (1918–2012), a British economist known for influential work in welfare economics and development economics. He wrote and edited around twenty books and about a hundred papers, and his scholarship helped shift thinking away from protectionism and central planning in developing countries.[1][2]
