Howard Karloff
William Henry Pratt, known professionally as Boris Karloff, was an English actor best remembered for portraying Frankenstein's monster in the 1931 horror film Frankenstein, which established him as a horror icon; he reprised the role in Bride of Frankenstein (1935) and Son of Frankenstein (1939).[1] Karloff appeared in over 80 films before Frankenstein and continued a prolific career in horror, including roles in The Old Dark House (1932), The Lost Patrol (1934), and Scarface (1932).[1][2]
