Howard J Wiarda
Howard J. Wiarda (1939-2015) was a prominent scholar in comparative politics, foreign policy, and Latin American studies, authoring over 100 books and editing hundreds of articles, chapters, and testimonies[1][2][6]. He achieved distinction as the youngest full professor at age 33 in the University of Massachusetts at Amherst's Political Science Department, later becoming Founding Head of the Department of International Affairs at the University of Georgia in 2003[1][3].
