Holm Altenbach

Holm Altenbach is a German professor, editor, and author in technical mechanics and engineering mechanics, best known for his long affiliation with Otto von Guericke University Magdeburg. His research covers continuum mechanics, plate theory, creep damage mechanics, composite mechanics, and generalized continua, and he has authored or co-authored many books and scientific papers.[1][2][4]
