Herbert Hart

Herbert Lionel Adolphus Hart was a British legal philosopher and one of the most influential theorists of legal positivism in the 20th century. He is best known for his book The Concept of Law, which reshaped modern jurisprudence and introduced ideas such as the rule of recognition.
