Henry Sinclair Hall
Henry Sinclair Hall (1848-1934) was a British mathematician and author renowned for his influential textbooks on algebra and trigonometry, including 'Higher Algebra' and 'Elementary Algebra for Schools'. An avid fly fisherman, he also developed strong, light fly-fishing hooks in the 1870s with assistance from George Bankart.[1][2][5]
