Henri J M Nouwen
Henri J. M. Nouwen was a Dutch Catholic priest, professor, psychologist, and prolific writer who taught at the University of Notre Dame, Yale, and Harvard before becoming pastor at L’Arche Daybreak, a community for people with intellectual disabilities in Richmond Hill, Ontario.[1][2][3] He authored 39 books on faith, spirituality, prayer, and social justice, which have sold millions of copies worldwide and been translated into over 30 languages.[1][5] Nouwen died unexpectedly of a heart attack in 1996 at age 64.[1][2]
