Helen Wilmans
Helen Wilmans (1831–1907), also known as Helen Wilmans-Post, was an American journalist, publisher, and writer associated with the mental science or New Thought movement. She founded the newspaper *The Woman's World* and the magazine *Freedom*, and became a prominent advocate for the idea that mind could influence health and material success.[1][2][3]
