Helen V. Milner

Helen V. Milner is an American political scientist and the B.C. Forbes Professor of Politics and International Affairs at Princeton University, where she also directs the Niehaus Center for Globalization and Governance. Her research focuses on international and comparative political economy, globalization, foreign aid, trade policy, and the relationship between domestic politics and foreign policy.
