Helen R Nieberl

Helen R. Nieberl was an American author and avid mountaineer based in Seattle, Washington, known for her book 'On the Trail' (1994), which recounts her hiking adventures in the Pacific Northwest mountains. She was active in mountaineering groups, participating in events like those documented in 1976 Mountaineers records, and shared stories from forty years of backpacking. Nieberl lived a long life dedicated to outdoor exploration until her passing in 2001.
