Heino Falcke

Heino Falcke is a German professor of radio astronomy and astroparticle physics at Radboud University Nijmegen, known for his work on black holes and for originating the concept of the black hole shadow. He was born in Cologne in 1966 and has been involved with the Event Horizon Telescope and related black hole imaging research.
