Heather McCoy

Heather McCoy is an author and teaching professor of French and Francophone Studies at Penn State University, where she also serves as Director of Undergraduate Studies and Director of the Basic Language Program. She has written several Dover French-language titles, including phrase books and vocabulary guides, aimed at helping learners build practical French communication skills.
