Heather Graham Pozzessere

Heather Graham Pozzessere, born March 15, 1953, in Miami-Dade County, Florida, to immigrant parents, is a prolific American author known for over 200 romance novels, including romantic suspense, historical romance, paranormal romance, and gothics, often under the pen name Shannon Drake.[1][2][3][6] She majored in theater arts at the University of South Florida, began writing after her third child, and published her first novel, When Next We Love, in 1983, achieving New York Times bestseller status with books in multiple languages.[3][5][6]
