Heather Dyer

Heather Dyer is an award-winning children's author whose books have been adapted for BBC Radio and are studied in schools; she is a Fellow of the Royal Literary Fund and has led creativity courses at universities including Aberystwyth, Bristol, and Worcester. She grew up in North Wales, where local places inspired her stories featuring ordinary children encountering magical elements. Her interests include the psychology of creativity applied to writing, education, and life.
