Harvey Starr

Harvey Starr is a political scientist and professor emeritus at the University of South Carolina, where he held the Dag Hammarskjöld Professorship in International Affairs. His research focuses on international relations, conflict studies, geopolitics, and foreign policy analysis. He is the author or co-author of 18 books and over 100 scholarly articles, and served as president of the International Studies Association (2013-2014).
