Harold J. Kristal

Harold J. Kristel is a scholar of political philosophy, American political thought, constitutional law, and public policy, with a special focus on the American Founding. He earned his A.B. and Ph.D. in government from Harvard University and has taught extensively in these fields. His publications have appeared in prestigious journals such as Social Philosophy and Policy, the Chicago Law Review, the Harvard Journal of Law and Public Policy, and the Public Interest.
